Press "open" after installation or click the icon in the appdrawer for reinstall and fix Jelly Bean / Kit Kat issue. Then go to themes settings:
Go Contacts Ex: Menu -> Themes-> My Themes -> Nuclear Fallout 2k.
ExDialer: Menu -> Preferences -> Theme -> Nuclear Fallout 2k.
